Where did it all begin

Happyveg Trading is a family owned business that started up at the beginning of the hydroponics era in the East London area. We have been involved in farming for the past 40 years and have the necessary experience to support our customers. Our first tunnels were erected in 1976 for tomato and cucumber production.

We entered the market place in 2000, and have maintained a very high standard of service since then, operating from our head office in East London. We are supported by Vegtech and Netafim, two industry leaders in Southern Africa, with Netafim a world leader in the irrigation field. Netafim also has a professional Greenhouse Division which has joined forces with Vegtech to offer the Southern African market a comprehensive product range that is of a very high standard.

Our clients are accustomed to products and equipment that are suited to their individual needs, because each client has his own resources and business needs.
